Islamic Studies
MQI acknowledges the tremendous need of imparting Islamic teachings to children and youth as they mature. This program covers many areas of Islamic Studies: tafseer, hadeeth, tawheed, fiqh, seerah, dua memorization and general etiquette relating to different circumstances. Each lesson is followed by activities and/or crafts to further enhance the individual in understanding.

Islamic Studies Program

$40/month

This course is specifically designed for Canadian Muslim children ages 4 to 16. In this course students will learn proper Islamic belief & Islamic mannerism in a positive and stress free environment by connecting children with the Qur’an & Sunnah.

Saturday: Ages 5 to 11 –  Level 1 – 4

Sunday: Ages 4 to 16 –  Kindergarten to Level 7 & Youth Group

Course Outline

  • Seerah & stories of the prophets & sahabah
  • Hadeeth
  • Qur’an memorization & word to word translation
  • Discussions on current issues in the light of Quran & Sunnah
  • Daily masnoon du’as and azkaar
  • Learning to pray salah ages 7 & up
  • Asma ul Husna
